To provide services for girls, boys, women, and their families to raise their present standing in Petersburg, VA, and adjacent areas. The ICF will provide the following opportunities for Petersburg and the Tri-Cities area:
- Promote the educational advancement of girls, boys, women, and their families
- Identify and assist in community problems concerning girls, boys, women, and their families.
- Enhancement of social status in the community
